Thank you for the supply of your products BioTreat and FatBusta. Since we started using BioTreat over a year ago, we have eliminated the problem of overflowing and blocked septic tanks. Our system is now working efficiently and we no longer have problems with blockages, overflowing and the associated smell and unsightly mess.

In our kitchen, FatBusta has eliminated the smell and blockages from our kitchen’s grease and fat traps, leaving a pleasant citrus smell and no more blockages. Within one week of following your instructions FatBusta had reduced the build up of fat in the fat traps whereas previously the traps would overflow because of build up in the pipes. It was good to walk into the Kitchen and be greeted by the orange scent as opposed to the typical ‘garbage’ smell. We no longer have the smells and unhygienic conditions associated with grease and fat traps everywhere, but have reduced our plumbing bills dramatically.

We had tried in vain to find a solution before, but none was available. We are happy to report that your environmental products have really worked for us.

There was a very bad smell before the treatment of the toilet, the toilet was full since the treatment, no more smell and I can see the toilet is going down and I would be very happy if you can continue treating the toilet.

The toilet is not full like before, no more smell, I am very happy.

 3       Sandi Mbitha (6 occupants)
Before there was a bad smell but now there is a huge difference, no smell and the toilet has gone down.

There was flies and bad smell before, but now no smell and flies and the toilet has gone down, I will be very happy for your service again.

Thank you for the supply of your products BioTreat. Since we started using BioTreat about 6 months ago, we no longer need to have our septic tank emptied and we were having to do this every month which was costly as well as inconvenient. Our system is now working as it should and we no longer have problems with our constantly overflowing septic tank.

We had been looking for a while for an alternate solution to the problem and none were forthcoming until we tried your product.  We have not looked back since.  Thank you too for your input and advice regarding our septic tank, it has been invaluable.

Since we came back from Cape Town on the 20th of December I have not had the smell up to now, but before we le on the 28 0f November I can confirm it was really bad here.
